Acceptable Stay with a Notable Elevator Issue
excessive wait times packed cars
The pool was great.
I found the elevators to be a real problem. The wait times were excessive and the cars were constantly packed. This significantly impacted my ability to move around the hotel efficiently. I think this issue needs to be addressed.

The room had a superior Burj Khalifa view. Bottled water was refilled daily, alongside coffee and tea supplies.
The gym is small and can accommodate only a few people simultaneously.

metro station rooftop restaurant pool area accessible supermarket
Metro station was near. A supermarket and late-night food options were accessible within five minutes. Taxi to the Palm was cheap. The rooftop restaurant has excellent views. The pool area gave a great space.
Waiting for the lifts took a long time.

amazing experience at the top!
kind staff warm smile perfect comfort
I really appreciated the staff they were super kind and friendly. they accommodated all our requests with smiles! patricia was amazing. Her warm smile. it blends perfect comfort and affordability. it's our second time and we're always so happy to stay.
The lifts were often full in the morning, i waited for about 20 minutes to leave with my bags, made me miss my bus to abu dhabi. if i order a room with a burj khalifa view, i don't expect the windows to be so dirty.

the reception supervisor provided excellent customer service. he was so great upon our early arrival and secured an early check-in for us, it was really helpful. kashyap was very energetic and helpful.

the swimming pool has a lovely view of the khalifa, it's an excellent addition. the gym is very clean, and all the equipment is functional, it's quite good. many pharmacies and cafes are near the hotel, convenient for quick needs.

The room is very spacious, with a beautiful view from the windows! everything is very clean and well-kept. the rooms have great amenities, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. We were on a high floor, so the view was beautiful

spacious suite excellent views elevator wait breakfast variety
the room was spacious it was a two-bedroom suite i appreciated the separation this offered. the rooftop restaurant provided excellent views i also enjoyed the food there.
waiting for the elevators took a while during peak times it was sometimes frustrating. the breakfast selection lacked variety compared to other places i have stayed there were not as many options available.
